Woven is a Sacred Women’s Circle Facilitator Training lovingly designed to help you step into this calling. Through a blend of practical teachings and intuitive guidance, you’ll learn to create and lead circles where every woman feels seen, heard, and honored — spaces rooted in courage, connection, and deep transformation.

The Vision
The truth is… not all women’s circles are created equal. Many of us have experienced it - when space isn’t held with intention, alignment, and embodiment – it can be more harmful than healing. We don’t need more replication of old systems of harm… in Woven, we’re here to lead and hold space in new ways.
Woven weaves the mystical and intuitive with the practical, so you feel embodied in your wisdom, and empowered with the knowledge (and sacred details) needed to create your own sacred women’s circle, and hold a potent space for healing, growth and deeply woven connection.

Welcome to WOVEN
Woven is a 12-week training program for soulful women who feel called to rise into their role as leaders in this time. Learn to weave together potent and sacred women’s circles, gain confidence and clarity in your gifts, and facilitate transformative experiences that create more healing in your community and the world.
There is a sacred thread that connects us all. Woven helps us weave this together in circles of soulful women. Weaving joy, and the sheer effervescence of truly being seen, heard, witnessed. Of being able to take down the masks and be — to be celebrated, held, deeply felt, and known.
This work of unwinding from the too-small or not-enough stories is not work we are meant to do alone.
Together — in this technology of circle — we weave new ways. With our many threads, we create a tapestry of deep connection, empowerment, and love.
DATES & DETAILS:
Woven starts January 13th, and we meet every Tuesday at 6:00pm CST from January 13-March 31, 2026 on Zoom. All trainings will be recorded, but it’s recommended to make as many as you can live for the best experience.
The schedule flow is 3 weeks of module training sessions, with the 4th week being an Integration Circle where you can receive coaching, support, practice, and embody the work we’re doing together! We’ll repeat this 2 times, for a total of 12 live sessions over Zoom.

Through the WOVEN journey, we walk together through 9 sacred women’s circle training modules + live teaching cohort sessions. Each module will include a live teaching session, as well as follow-up resources, rituals, and templates (all in the Teachable platform) for study & practice.

Hello loves, I’m Sara Southerland – a women’s mentor, seasoned space holder, sound healer, and guide dedicated to helping women step into their power and share their gifts. With years of experience leading circles and creating transformative spaces, I bring a weaving of practical tools and deeply intuitive wisdom to this work.
I have a vision of a network of women’s circles woven together. Circles of women who gather to heal, to learn, to organize. Maidens, mothers, matriarchs and crones. Wild women, wise women, and witches – this is part of the way forward.
To gather together with intention is a weaving of ancient wisdom, and healing futures. Now is the time to honor the calls that life is presenting us. It would be an honor to walk with you.

Yes, all 12 live sessions will be recorded and available in the course portal for you to view at your own convenience. Though - you will get more out of this journey if you are able to attend majority of the sessions!
