Sound Healing is an ancient healing modality that has been used for thousands of years all around the world. It is incredibly powerful at clearing old energy and emotions, reducing stress, and putting our systems into a deeply relaxed state, so we can live a life more in balance.
As Certified Intuitive Sound Healing Practitioners, we use a mix of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and tuning forks as well as intuitively channeled voice. We offer 1-1, couples and group sessions both online and at our healing studio in Fort Worth, Texas. We also love offering custom sound bath event experiences. Click here for more info.
1:1 Sessions
Our signature 1-1 Sound Healing & Intuitive Guidance sessions are a custom sound bath experience & so much more! Leave feeling restored, refreshed, and re-inspired for your path ahead. All 1-1 Sessions are 60 minutes and offered both online or in person at our Healing Studio in Fort Worth, Texas.
We start by setting an intention for the session. Then I guide you into a relaxed state for the sound healing session where you get to lay back, and feel the powerful sound waves and vibrations wash through you. As an energetic intuitive and seer, I receive messages and visions in the session, and always leave space at the end to connect and share what came through.

1-1 Sessions with Joshua Davis on SUNDAYS!
We are SO thrilled to have Joshua Davis join the Future Self Healing Arts Studio, and with Sunday availability!! Joshua is a life-long musician and dedicated Sound Healing Practitioner who specializes in creating immersive, intuitive sound experiences that support deep rest and energetic renewal. His 60-minute Sound Healing + Intuitive Guidance sessions include intention setting together, guided meditation, a personalized sound healing journey, and a closing time for sharing.

Past, Present, Future 3-Session Sound Healing Package
There are moments in life when we find ourselves standing at a crossroads—uncertain of where we’ve come from, where we are, or where we’re heading. This 3-session Sound Healing Package with Joshua Davis is designed to support you in releasing what no longer serves, grounding in the truth of the present, and clarifying your vision for what’s to come.
Each 60-minute session includes a gentle check-in, intention setting, a focused sound healing journey, and space for reflection and integration.
The three sessions unfold over the course of three months, giving you time between each session to integrate the experience and embody lasting shifts.

Finding peace in daily life is a practice. This 3-session Sound Healing Package with Joshua Davis is designed to not only relieve stress, but to help your body remember what it feels like to be deeply relaxed—offering a reference point you can return to throughout your day.
Each 60-minute session includes a check-in, intention setting, a focused sound healing journey, and time for reflection. Over the course of three months, you’ll move through an initial clearing, a frequency entrainment to regulate your system, and a final integration to support lasting peace.

Couples Sessions
Experience the magic of sound healing with your beloved, or dear family member or friend. These 75-minute sessions. offered by Sara Southerland, are a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your partner/friend in a deeper, energetic way.
We start the session by setting and naming our intentions. Then Sara guides you into a relaxing meditation to enter the sound journey together. As an intuitive healer and seer, Sara connects with both of your energies to receive supportive guidance and messages for each of you individually, and together.
We always leave space at the end to share any visions or messages that came through with you both, and anything you would like to share. It’s always a beautiful journey in these sessions!

75-minute Couples Session: $250 - online or in person - Fort Worth, Texas
