A 100-Day journey to earn your
Sound Healing Certificate
Become a sound healer through both detailed instruction, beautiful training materials, and intuitive space holding from Sara. Your Future Self Healing Arts Sound Healing Certificate will give you both the knowledge and experience that you need to become an effective Sound Healer.
This program will assist in your awakening and intuitive growth process, and Sara will share healing and guidance for you and your path as you work closely together on this 3 ½ month journey.
Details: This is a 100-Day (44-hour) certificate program that meets for 10 sessions over the course of 3 ½ months. It is guided and taught through a combination of both 1-on-1 sessions, resources & solo study (2 hours week), and text/voice message guidance in between sessions for additional support.
The Future Self Healing Arts Sound Healing Certification was created to assist empaths and healers in stepping into their unique path, to bring more healing & transformation to your own life, and into the world. After completion of the course, course materials and practice session milestones, you will earn your certificate as a Sound Healing Practitioner.

“After working 1-1 with Sara, I became acutely aware of how strongly I am impacted by sound, so I signed up for the Sound Healing Certification. More than anything I was curious to learn more about sound healing and how it could become a part of my self care resource toolbox. Shortly after starting the certification my father passed away and I was diagnosed with yet another illness. The sound certification was instrumental in my grief and physical recoveries.
It helped me:
Stay grounded during moments of extreme pain. I only took the pain meds for 3 days post op. The rest of the recovery time I used tuning forks, somatic work and basic reiki energy movement. All of these techniques were learned in the Ignite and Sound Certification programs.
Administer to family and friends and self in times of emotional or physical distress
As an alternate method of distraction/entertainment versus alcohol
To find and realize a strong connection with my favorite elements that are now a part of my resource toolbox
To listen to that inner voice of guidance and not discount it. This one has been huge.
