THIS IS MY STORY, LOVE
I’m a women’s mentor & coach, sacred spaceholder, and intuitive sound healing practitioner. As a highly sensitive empath, I was aware of my intuitive gifts from a young age… but growing up in a Christian household – it all felt shameful and scary. For years I put my spirituality in the closet – and got really good at being successful “in the world.” But burnout, chronic pain, and overcoming an ED made me pay attention. My journey led me to remarkable guides – coaches, healers, energy workers, and sound medicine practitioners. Through a challenging journey and a deep hunger for growth, life directed me to this sacred path. Now, I'm here to help you find your own inner wisdom: in women’s circles, 1:1 mentorship & coaching programs, and workshops & retreats.
As a multipassionate mystic & mentor, I partner with my clients to ignite their path forward, stepping into next chapter of their journey with a renewed sense of purpose.
