Ignite is a spiritual life coaching & healing container for leaders and emerging leaders who are in the midst of transition, and ready to go all in on themselves.
Sometimes life, personal growth, purpose and spiritual journeys can feel big, exciting, but also… heavy and confusing.
We may know we’re on the brink of UPLEVELING, but the transformation process (and often massive life transitions that go along with it) can still feel painful or unclear. We may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected from ourselves and wondering how we can make our way back to peace, calm, joy, and fulfillment in life. We may be tapping into our gifts, our larger purpose, and unsure about how to bring those into the world in ways that feel tangible and impactful.
This process of expansion is no joke… It cracks us open wide, exposes old beliefs, old ways of doing things, old trauma, and old parts of ourselves that we’re ready to say goodbye to, on the pathway to something bigger & better.
This journey can also feel very isolating. While our inner worlds are going through massive upheavals, we’re often expected to go about our daily lives and be “normal”, keep it together, and not disrupt the “status quo”. Not to mention trying to explain how you’re feeling to friends, family, or co-workers and being met with glassy-eyed stares…
I just want to affirm with you: What you are going through is REAL. And, if you’re here… you are listening! Honoring your exploration.
Know that this growth and awakening journey isn’t always pretty, but it’s 100% worth it. We are dismantling our old systems and creating anew. We are burning down the old, and bravely lighting our inner fires as the beacon for our paths ahead. We are stepping forward on our purposeful paths, following our soul’s call - because it’s the thing we can’t not do.
